Hi StarMark,

I received these questions
May, 17th, 2009;
at 17h 54min (GMT + 4);
in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia (56n20, 44e00)
Asc 24*56' of Libra
The hour of Mercury

We can't use Moon's applications for these questions, because the Moon is void of course, but we can test other methods ;)

1. We have to judge about it from the Ascendant, its lord and Mercury (the lord of the hour).
Venus is in a cadent house, in its detriment; a bad Venus. Mercury is retrograde, combust, and peregrine. The Mercury is bad as well. Obviously, the answer should not be optimistic. No, I have not :D

2. We can judge about it from the second house, from the MC, and from the Moon (the lady of the next hour).
The Moon is void of course. It means that your uneasiness is hollow. There is nothing to worry about :D
There is a Dragon's Tail close to MC, and the Sun is in the 8th house. There is some misfortune in this question. The Sun is going to the body of retrograde Mercury. And the Moon is separating from the Mercury's square. It seems, there is some misunderstanding in it. ;)
Mars (the lord of the second house) is in the sixth house, i.e. cadent from the angle. It is an accidental unhappiness. It means that he is in bad condition because of the current circumstances. But it is strong essentially (in his own domicile), and he is going to the sextile of Jupiter. Though it is in bad conditions now, but it is strong and right in its essence. And this true esence will appear soon :D
The rules look weird, fatuous and useless now, but they have true in their essence. Well, the chart considered according to them says so, at least :D
We can choose various houses for various questions, but what we will do, if we get several questions belonging to one and the same house? ;)

3. We can judge about it from 11th house, from 3rd house, and from the Saturn.
Saturn is placed in 11th house. Therefore, I think, 11th house and Saturn are the most important significators for it. Saturn is malefic, peregrine. Mercury (the lord of 11th) is bad as well (see above). I think, we can't unveil this mysterious secret. But Jupiter, the lord of the 3rd, gives some hope.
I think, we must consider a house and its lord, and to judge acording to them rather than to turn a chart.

4. We can judge about it from the 5th house,4th house, and Jupiter (the lord of the fourth hour) :D
Jupiter is the lord of the 5th house, it is lord of the hour, and it is placed in the 4th house. It is the chief significator for this question. Jupiter is a benefactor and a honest planet. It means, there is no deceit or trick :D

5. We can judge about it from the 7th house, 5th house, and Mars.
Mars is the lord of the 7th house and the lord of the hour. Mars is in bad conditions accidentally but is strong essentially (see above). It means, there is some misunderstanding in the present circumstances, but there is unshakeable true in essence. Abenragel is Abenragel, no matter how dubious it looks on the face of it :D
Jupiter, the lord of 5th house, says that I'm quite honest in it :D

6. We can judge about it from the 4th house, 6th house and the Sun.
Saturn (the lord of the 4th house) and the Sun in the 8th are for the negative answer. But there is Dragon's Head close to the IC, Jupiter in the 4th house, and Mars is the lord of the 6th house are for the positive answer. 3 against 2. Rather, yes, they can be answered, but with pains and difficulties :D

Best wishes,
Anton

Hi Anton,

1. Do you have any workable horary example with multiple questions that you can use for testing these rules?

2. Why not just read the questions from the chart one at a time, the same way you would read a single question? Just choose the right houses and significators for each question , as if it was the only one, and read accordingly?

What's the rationale of applying any of these weird "cookbook" rules?

3. Does the second technique mean you to turn the chart by one house for each successive question (like in profections), and take the cusp of the next house as the new Ascendant? I'm not sure I understand.

4. Is this some kind of a joke ? :D

5. What does "AbenRagel" stand for in English ?

6. Can questions 1-5 be answered by a multiple question horary after you cast the chart for the time and place you read them?

Thanks,
StarMark
